The Haul Pass Program provides free public transportation for central Oklahoma youth and free eco-friendly transportation for school-organized field trips.

Simply, park in one of our garages and your parking receipt is your ticket for two to ride the RAPID and the OKC Streetcar for FREE all day!

Remember to always be aware of your surroundings. Streetcars have slow reaction times, so be sure to obey traffic, wear proper riding gear and safely cross at designated locations. Let’s all get home safely.

There are no fences or barriers between you and the streetcar, so be sure to always be aware of your surroundings and avoid distractions.

Oklahoma City Streetcar provides rail transit by operating seven modern streetcars on two loops, 22 stops, and traveling through five downtown districts . Herzog has partnered with EMBARK to operate this service.

The Fixed Guideway Plan identifies potential regional transit solutions that improve connections among metro area’s growth centers, enhance economic development opportunities, improve mobility, expand transportation options and improve air quality.
