EMBARK Parking Operations

EMBARK Parking Facilities are operated by PCI Municipal Services. Their personal attention and flexibility to our industry is complimentary to EMBARK's vision to be world class transportation.

With five parking garages, five parking surface lots, and over 1,300 metered on-street parking spots located around Downtown OKC, EMBARK offers public parking near additional public transit options like Spokies Bike Share and the OKC Streetcar for customer to park and then ride to their favorite Downtown OKC amenities.

EMBARK Parking is a service of EMBARK - a division of the Central Oklahoma Transportation and Parking Authority (COTPA). COTPA manages the operation, financing, improvement and maintenance of parking and the urban transportation program. COTPA, a public trust administered by the City of Oklahoma City, is responsible for providing downtown parking alternatives and safe, efficient and convenient public transportation to the citizens of the greater Oklahoma City metropolitan area.
