Types of Solicitations
The Procurement manager develops the procurement document and oversees the distribution and advertising of the solicitation. They also receive all proposals, coordinate evaluation meetings and see the process through the award phase and contract administration.

There are three ways to find active requests for bids: under Public Notices in the Journal Record newspaper, in our online portal below and on BidSync, partner of the City of OKC and its Trusts for electronic bidding.
We recommend you contact our buyers for more information if you're unfamiliar with the bidding process.
Register with BidSync to sign up for bidding opportunity notifications and submit bids electronically to the City Clerk for consideration. BidSync is used for all bids, including construction, material, service and requests for proposals. Registering with BidSync and submitting bids is free.
How to register:
- Go to www.bidsync.com, select the BidSync Links icon, then click the “Register Now” button.
- Enter information for the main contact on the account, as well as your company information.
- Select your primary industry and narrow down your results by specific keywords. Select where you do business and how you wish to receive notifications.
