EMBARK uses pay-by-plate parking to offer customers ease and efficiency when parking downtown. This system allows the driver to pay at the on-street electronic meter without having to return to their vehicle.

Vehicle license plate number is required to pay for parking.
Meters are in effect and enforced Monday - Friday from 8 am - 6 pm, with the exception of the holidays mentioned below.
Individuals with a valid disability placard or a disability vehicular license plate may park at any downtown meter for free for the allotted time.
Parking Meter Fees may vary by hour. See rate posted on individual meters, according to the Parking Meter Ordinance.
How to Use the Pay-By-Plate Meters
Be sure to know your license plate number. If it helps, take a picture of it.
When you arrive at the meter, press the start key.
Enter your license plate number. No dashes or spaces needed.
If you're paying with a card, use the + or - keys to select the desired amount of time, up to two-hours.
If you pay with coins, (meters accept quarters, dimes and nickels) insert the amount to pay for the desired time you will be parked.
Finally, take your receipt. No need to go back to your car and display it.

Parking Meter Malfunction
If a parking meter malfunctions, please report it to the Help Center or call (405) 297-1331 and advise them of the problem. Please be prepared to give the meter number and location so the meter can be checked.
